Please do ACOW a favor and send out a broadcast email, and/or make some calls, to all of your members about the class this week (2-5 at North Seattle Community College) and next week (2-9 at Tacoma Community College and 2-11 in East Wenatchee at the Eastmont Baptist Church), which are being “sponsored” by ACOW (we get a small amount from each registrant’s fee).
Richard Hagar is the instructor. The classes will be on AMCs (how to deal with), Adjusting for Concessions etc., and/or the ‘Top 20 Questions’ asked of appraisers and how to reply. Some good tips can be picked up from these classes that will benefit appraisers, in addition to 3 hrs of CE for each class. Go to the ACOW website to register.
